Sellers can offer postage discounts to buyers who purchase multiple items.
You can enable combined payments and select a time period between 3 to 30 days for your buyers to checkout multiple purchases at once. You can also create rules around the type of postage discounts you offer. Combined payments allow you to receive one payment for multiple purchases from the same buyer and make it easier for buyers to check out.
You'll need to update your checkout preferences and enable eBay checkout if you're not already using it. Buyers who pay for all items at once using eBay checkout within the time period you've set will automatically get postage discounts.
If the buyer hasn't paid yet, you can combine multiple items on a single invoice. Go to My eBay > Sold > Awaiting payment. Choose the items you want to combine into a single invoice, and then select Send Invoice from the Actions menu.
If the buyer has already paid, you can combine any remaining items or send a revised invoice for a single item. On the revised invoice, enter a postage discount in the Seller discounts or charges and send the revised invoice.
Since import fees and postage costs vary by category and item, the Global Shipping Programme doesn't combine multiple purchases into one delivery—except when the buyer pays for all items at once using the eBay shopping basket and all items fit into a package that meets the Programme's size and weight requirements.
