Here's what we found for "How feedback determines your late delivery rate"

Buyer feedback on late deliveries may affect your selling performance. If you didn't use tracking and the buyer says a delivery was late, it counts as a late delivery.

If online tracking details show the item arrived on time, the delivery is considered on time, regardless of what the buyer says. Transactions without tracking details and buyer responses aren't counted in your late delivery rate.

If you've received any other feedback rating, comment, or detailed seller rating that you disagree with, you have 30 days to work with the buyer to request a revision. Here's how:

  1. Contact the buyer
  2. Find a solution that you're both satisfied with
  3. Ask the buyer to revise their feedback
