If you're having trouble paying for an item, check your PayPal information, debit or credit card details, and the email address registered to your eBay account. If any of these are incorrect, you may have to update them before you can pay.

If you're still having trouble paying:

  • Make sure your primary delivery address is correct. If it's not, please update it.
  • If the payment appears in your purchase history with an hourglass icon, the PayPal payment is pending and hasn't been received by the seller. Once the payment is complete, the seller will send the item.
  • If your payment shows as unclaimed in your PayPal account, contact the seller to let them know. Once the payment is accepted, the seller will send the item.
