Here's what we found for "Problem with an item purchased from a seller in another country"

If you haven't received an item delivered through our Global Shipping Programme, check its tracking status.

If the item hasn't arrived at the Global Shipping Centre, contact the seller.

If the item appears to be stuck at the Global Shipping Centre, it might be because:

  • The package exceeded our weight or dimensions limit
  • The delivery address provided was invalid
  • One or more items in the package were restricted for export/import
  • The package was damaged when it arrived at the Global Shipping Centre

In these situations, the package may need to be returned or destroyed (in the case of hazardous or prohibited items). For details on how these exceptions will be handled, refer to the email that was sent to you.

If the item has already left the Global Shipping Centre, refer to our eBay Money Back Guarantee. In this case, the seller is not responsible for items not received or damaged in transit.
